Description:

A compact 5-inch HDR monitor and external video recorder for cameras. Its high 2500-nit brightness makes it suitable for outdoor use, while SDI and HDMI connections handle signals up to Ultra HD 60p.

Details:

The Video Assist can serve as a director’s or on-camera monitor and an external recorder at the same time. It records 10-bit 4:2:2 ProRes and DNxHR to an SD card or USB-C SSD, and also supports Blackmagic RAW recording with compatible cameras.

Built-in waveform, vectorscope, RGB parade, histogram, HDR monitoring, 3D LUT support, and focus and exposure tools make it practical on set. It can run on a Sony NP-F battery or an external 12 V power supply.
