The camera records up to 120 fps at full 8K resolution and up to 600 fps at lower resolutions. REDCODE RAW allows flexible colour grading and post-production, while the built-in electronically controlled ND filter speeds up work in changing light conditions.

The XL body features multiple SDI outputs, separate timecode and genlock connections, microphone and line-level audio inputs, wired and wireless camera control, and a range of accessory power outputs. It is suitable for shoulder-mounted, tripod, crane, Steadicam and studio configurations.
