The kit consists of two DBTX transmitters and a dual-channel D2RX receiver. The transmitters have built-in 24-bit or 32-bit float recorders, allowing a separate backup recording to be made on a microSD card alongside the wireless signal.<\/p>\n
The system uses digital UHF transmission, providing a more stable connection and greater range than conventional 2.4 GHz microphone systems. Frequency scanning, level adjustment and starting a recording can also be controlled through the Sidus Audio app.<\/p>\n
The transmitters can be synchronised with timecode via a wired connection or wirelessly using a Deity TC-1, making internal audio recordings easy to align with camera footage in post-production.<\/p>\n
