Effective from 23 September 2026. These terms apply to equipment and studio rental. Any individual rental agreement takes precedence over these general terms where the two differ.

2. Reservations and quotations
- Availability of equipment and studios can be requested by email, phone or the website form. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
- A reservation becomes binding when confirmed in writing by email by the lessor. Daily and hourly rates shown on the website are indicative net prices excluding VAT.
- We provide individual quotations for multi-day rentals and longer, more complex projects.
3. Collection and return of equipment
- Collection: at 08:00 on the first rental day, or between 15:00 and 16:00 on the previous day.
- Return: on the last rental day, or between 07:00 and 09:00 on the following morning.
- Late return: after 09:00 on the following day, at least an additional half-day rental fee will be charged.
- Location: 1152 Budapest, Rákos út 55. Delivery may be arranged separately.
- A handover record documents the condition and accessories of the equipment. The renter must inspect the equipment at collection.
4. Studio rental
- Rental time runs from the start of studio use until departure, including preparation time. Each started hour is chargeable.
- Minimum rental time is 3 hours for the creative studio, or the minimum stated for the relevant studio.
- Smoking is prohibited. Damage to studio equipment or furnishings must be compensated by the renter.
5. Deposit
The lessor may request a deposit proportionate to the value of the rented equipment. Its amount and payment method (cash or bank transfer) are stated in the booking confirmation. The deposit is returned in full once all equipment has been returned complete and undamaged.
6. Renter’s responsibility
- Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, and may not be transferred to a third party.
- The renter is financially responsible for damage, loss or theft during the rental period up to the cost of repair or replacement.
- For drones, the renter is responsible for compliance with applicable aviation rules and for obtaining any required permits.
7. Cancellation
- A confirmed reservation may be cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours before the rental begins.
- For cancellation within 48 hours, the first day’s rental fee is payable; for studios, the fee corresponding to the minimum rental period is payable.
8. Payment
Rental fees are payable by the method stated in the confirmation, including cash, bank transfer or advance transfer. An invoice is issued in all cases. Late-payment interest under the Hungarian Civil Code will be charged on overdue amounts.
9. Other provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the rental provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes by consultation.
