Description:

A cine zoom lens set covering the most commonly used focal lengths from 18 mm to 135 mm. All three lenses offer a constant T2.9 maximum aperture, a matching mechanical design and parfocal operation.

Details:

The Catta Ace set provides a complete cine zoom system with three lenses covering wide angle through telephoto. Its parfocal design maintains the set focus while zooming, and low focus breathing is particularly useful for narrative productions and commercials.

All three lenses share an 80 mm front diameter, M77 filter thread and standard 0.8 MOD gears, so lens changes require minimal rig adjustments. A 270° focus throw allows precise manual or motorised focusing.

The 35–80 mm and 70–135 mm lenses also cover Vista Vision sensors with their 46.5 mm image circles. The 18–35 mm lens has a 43.5 mm image circle, providing Full Frame coverage.
